St Cuthberts Scout group from Hull have been to have 'Christmas dinner' at the gun site, where they cooked using a homemade oven. They helped us clear the site earlier on in the year, for which we and Historic England were extremely grateful.
We also won Champion Christmas Beast at Selby and Hull Livestock markets which was a first for the family for more than 30 years so Dad was very happy. No Christmas turkeys this year due to Olys knee but hoping to have these back next year!
