Single Cyclist/Hiker Pitch -  £13

Price is based on one night for:

• One person
• One Tent - (Grass tent pitches not available Nov - March) - no electric hook up.
• Secure bike storage available - £2 per night
• Use of all facilities on site

​PLEASE NOTE - the purpose of this pitch is for touring cyclists/hikers staying for a max of 3nts. Please state in the notes section at booking confirmation the approx. length in metres of your tent.  This will help us allocate the most appropriate pitch.

Minimum of 2night stay ​on all weekends (Friday/Saturday night)

• Pre pitched tent  - (not available Nov - March) - no electric hook up.
• Dimensions of tent - 106cm - height, 125cm -width, 245cm - length
• Suitable for walkers & cyclists - includes 2 sleeping mats & 2 outdoor chairs.
• Sleeps 1-2 people
• Secure bike storage available - £2 per night
• Use of all facilities on site
• Supplement for guests arriving by car £10 per night

Terms

Bank Holidays are a minimum of a three night stay.
Weekends - minimum 2 nights stay
Arrivals - 1pm ( no later than 9pm - unless in exceptional circumstances) 
Departures - 12pm​

• Guests are welcome, however we ask that you keep the to a maximum of of 2 per pitch & inform us of them when you check in - £2 per guest - they must be off site by 10pm
• As the person booking the holiday, you are responsible for the behaviour of all members of the party whilst on the Site.
• Any wilful damage to the site will result in you being asked to immediately leave the site.
• Please ensure you keep vehicles off the grass during the winter months & when the grass is wet (there are plenty of signs warning to keep off the grass) - you will get stuck. There is a £50 charge if you require rescuing - 50% of which will be donated to Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
• Please do not allow children to play in the communal shower, toilet and utility areas.
• All gazebos must be taken down when you are not on site.\
• Kits must NOT be flown on the site due to overhead power lines.
• Additional cars must be booked in & parked in our visitors parking
• To respect the enjoyment of others, we ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10:30pm. No music is allowed on site after 10.00pm. No driving allowed on site after 10:30pm. 
• The use of drones is prohibited on the site 
• Fire pits are available to hire only - guests are not permitted to bring their own wood or firepits and they must be extinguished by 10.30pm.
• Payment & Cancellation Policy - Full payment will be taken at the time of booking if within 30 days of arrival. Outside of 30 days you will be given the option to pay in full or pay a 50% deposit with the balance taken 30 days prior to arrival.
•  A full refund (less 10% booking fee) will be issued if cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to the commencement of your stay. If cancellation is made less than 14 days in advance of your booking then no refunds will be issued.
