Standard Tent Pitch £16 ( £21 with Electric Hook Up)

• Grass Tent Pitch (Grass tent pitches not available Nov - March) - no electric hook up.

One man and his bike £13

Price is based on one night for:

• One person
• One Tent - (Grass tent pitches not available Nov - March) - no electric hook up.
• Secure bike storage
• Use of all facilities on site

Terms

Bank Holidays are a minimum of a three night stay.
Weekends in August (2nd Aug - 8th Sept) are a minimum of a two night stay.
Arrivals - 1pm ( no later than 9pm - unless in exceptional circumstances) 
Departures - 12pm

• Departures after midday are subject to availability and a charge of £5 per pitch.
• Guests are welcome, however we ask that you inform us of them when you check in and pay £1 per guest.
• As the person booking the holiday, you are responsible for the behaviour of all members of the party whilst on the Site.
• Any wilful damage to the site will result in you being asked to immediately leave the Site.
• Please do not allow children to play in the communal shower, toilet and utility areas.
• To respect the enjoyment of others, we ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10:30pm. No music is allowed on site after 10.30pm. No driving allowed on site after 10:30pm.
• Fire pits are available to hire only - guests are not permitted to bring their own wood or firepits and they must be extinguished by 11pm.
• Cancellation Policy - Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. A full refund (less 10% booking fee) will be issued if cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to the commencement of your stay. If cancellation is made less than 14 days in advance of your booking then no refunds will be issued.
